We had 2 issues. A extra warranty was snuck in to the contract. They corrected that. But the 2nd issue wasn't resolved. When they took off the papers glued to the windows, they used a razor blade to carve out the stickers and it cut through to the tint. Now both rear side windows have 3 huge paper shape cuts on the tint. We spoke to 4 staff about this issue and they all said they would get back to us about but never did. I just want to give a shout out Javier at Mazda of Valencia. He is a phenomenal salesman!! No pressure whatsoever, answered all my questions, and allowed the vehicle to sell itself. I can in looking to purchase a pre-owned vehicle and instead I'm driving away in a BRAND NEW one. WTH?!? Here's the kicker..... I only put $500 down and I'm driving away with a payment that's super affordable. Mazda of Valencia is the real deal folks!! If you credit challenged and you don't have a huge down payment this is your miracle!!
